Overview
Slosburg Real Property, one of the city's largest owner-managers of Class A commercial properties, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Commercial Maintenance / Grounds Crew team.

Responsibilities
Complete light maintenance repairs, including basic electrical and plumbing work
Perform general grounds maintenance
Weeding, planting, and mulching
Trash and debris removal
Light snow removal and sweeping of entryways
Replace light bulbs and perform routine upkeep
Respond to maintenance work orders
Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Ability to communicate professionally and work independently is required
1-2 years of basic maintenance experience preferred
Experience with commercial HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical equipment preferred
HVAC Certification and/or EPA Certification preferred
Groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus
Dependable and punctual with the ability to pass a background check
Must have a reliable vehicle and personal set of tools
