    Job Description:


    We are seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader/Driver to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial maintenance experience as a lead and a strong work ethic. As a Crew Leader/Driver, you will be responsible for leading a team, driving to job sites, and ensuring the successful execution of landscape maintenance projects. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

    • Supervising a team of landscape maintenance crew members.
    • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
    • Overseeing the care and maintenance of plantings, trees, and shrubs.
    • Applying fertilizers and pesticides in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
    • Irrigation system management, including repairs and adjustments.
    • Identifying and addressing landscape issues such as pest infestations, disease, and irrigation problems.
    • Operating and maintaining landscape equipment and machinery.
    • Ensuring all work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used.
    • Communicating with clients and addressing their needs and concerns.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Reliable transportation to and from the job site or company shop (Rancho Cordova location).
    • Physical fitness and capability for heavy lifting, working in various weather conditions, and on hilly terrain.
    • A great attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • A quick learner who is eager to grow and adapt.
    • Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus and may result in additional pay.
    • Full-time availability with a commitment to building a long-term working relationship.
