ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Deliver exceptional member service - provide responsive, accurate, and professional support to members and internal partners while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Support credit analysis - assist in the preparation of financial spreads, credit presentations, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate for underwriting and review.
Manage commercial entity documentation - maintain working knowledge of required documentation for LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and DBAs; ensure proper collection, verification, and organization of all entity records.
Coordinate with external partners - work effectively with title companies, the Secretary of State, appraisal firms, and other third parties to support loan processing and closing.
Review and process commercial loan applications - evaluate application checklists, collect additional documentation, and assist in the processing of loans according to established procedures, including business auto loans.
Support account onboarding - assist members with establishing new business accounts, including savings, certificates, checking, debit cards, checks, statements, online banking, bill pay, merchant services, and payroll services.
Complete annual reviews and renewals - manage scheduled annual reviews and guidance line renewals, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
Maintain departmental records - organize and update assigned reports, files, and tracking systems to support efficient department operations.
Monitor construction loan activity - track inspections, update draw sheets, coordinate draw requests, and verify liens weekly to ensure proper collateral management.
Manage covenant and insurance tracking - monitor covenant compliance, obtain updated insurance documentation, and maintain accurate records for all commercial loans.
Process payoff requests - prepare payoff statements, process payoffs, and release mortgages in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Support Business Loan Committee - serve as backup coordinator by preparing agendas, maintaining minutes, and ensuring materials are organized and complete.
Respond to inquiries - provide timely and accurate responses to loan and account questions from members and internal staff.
Participate in additional projects - assist with department initiatives, process improvements, and special assignments as needed.
Protect member confidentiality - safeguard all member information and transactions in accordance with OKCU standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure full compliance - adhere to all credit union policies, procedures, and lending guidelines to maintain operational integrity and mitigate risk.
