A well-established community bank is confidentially looking to add an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to their team.

 

Commercial Loan Officers help business owners obtain the funds they need to grow their businesses, purchase property, equipment, and more. The right individual enjoys meeting with business owners face-to-face to build lasting relationships, knows the industry and their local market, and stays up to date with rules and regulations. This bank is looking for a relationship-driven individual with a passion for finance and helping others.

 

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of commercial banking experience

- Deep understanding of credit and finance

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Exceptional negotiation skills

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio

- Make sales calls to achieve sales goals

- Meet benchmarks in multiple areas, including profitability and credit quality

- Promote new business development

- Work well with support staff and executive management
