Commercial Loan Officer, Lincoln Area

Our client is a growing community bank known for local decisions and long-term relationships. It's looking for a Commercial Loan Officer to develop new business and manage a commercial loan portfolio in the Lincoln area.

What you'll do:

- Develop new commercial business, CRE, C&I.

- Structure and underwrite C&I, CRE and equipment loans and present them to the loan committee

- Manage your portfolio: renewals, annual reviews, covenant tracking and risk ratings

- Cross-sell deposits, treasury management and other bank services

- Represent the bank in the Lincoln business community through chambers, civic boards and referral networks

What you bring:

- 3 to 5+ years of commercial lending or credit experience

- Strong credit analysis skills: business and personal financials, cash flow, collateral

- A proven book of business or existing relationships in the Lincoln market

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; formal credit training a plus

- A self-starter with strong communication and relationship skills
