Job Summary:
The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of C&I and CRE clients with full banking relationships inclusive of equipment loans, lines of credit, real estate-secured loans, deposits, and cash management services. Must have the ability to analyze credit requests, structure credit proposals, advise clients on capital structure and cash management solutions, oversee loan package preparation, present credit requests for approval, review, modify and approve loan documents, oversee loan closings, analyze and maximize relationship profitability, and originate loan opportunities that fit within the Bank's established loan policies and guidelines. The role will require the ability to regularly present and communicate potential loan opportunities to an executive committee. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Work is performed in a professional office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May require the ability to lift files, bend, reach, walk or maneuver around the bank. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
