Commercial Loan Assistant

A $4.3B bank that's growing in North Texas is looking for a Commercial Loan Assistant to support its commercial lending team. You'll help lenders with loan packages, documentation, closings and portfolio upkeep, and you'll keep files accurate and deals on schedule. Today the book is mostly commercial real estate, and the bank plans to grow C&I lending, so you'll get hands-on exposure to both.

We're looking for someone with experience as a lending assistant, loan coordinator or loan processor at a bank or credit union. You should be organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with lenders and borrowers.

The role pays a base of $60,000–$90,000 depending on experience, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and full benefits.
