Commercial Litigator, Partner Track - Houston Practice Group

An well-established full-service commercial law firm, with a highly collegial practice group, is currently seeking a 2-8-year Litigation Attorney to join their team full-time. 

Houston Commercial Litigation Associate: 

The firm is seeking an ambitious associate with two to eight years of complex commercial litigation experience to join thier growing litigation team in Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking to accelerate their development through in-person, hands-on mentorship and collaboration, with increased responsibility across a diverse range of matters in a partnership-track position.

This associate will take an active role in all aspects of litigation on a wide range of high-stakes commercial litigation and oil and gas matters in both state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will have a record of outstanding academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
A judicial clerkship is preferred but not required.

The firm is looking for a candidate seeking a long-term home and an opportunity to grow within the firm.

Location:

This position is primarily in-person in the Houston office, located downtown.

Skills and Requirements: 

• Candidates must be licensed in Texas
• Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and litigation experience will be appreciated.
• 3-6 years of experience practicing commercial litigation
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
