Commercial Litigation Attorney: Fully Remote Role with a Suburban Philadelphia Firm

Our client, a well-regarded suburban Philadelphia firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its Conshohocken practice. The firm represents businesses in contract, business tort, partnership, and restrictive covenant disputes in Pennsylvania state and federal courts.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel for depositions, hearings, or trial as needed.

What You'll Do

• Handle commercial cases from pleadings through trial or arbitration
• Draft motions, discovery, and persuasive briefs
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Appear at hearings and mediations, in person or remotely
• Counsel clients on case strategy, exposure, and resolution options

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and case management skills
• Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel within Pennsylvania for key case events
