I am working directly with leadership at a well-established Texas civil litigation defense firm that is adding a Commercial Litigation Attorney to its growing litigation team in the Downtown Houston area. The Commercial Litigation Attorney will focus mainly on product liability defense, including industrial and commercial product claims, catastrophic injury matters, multi-party litigation, and other complex civil disputes.

Compensation is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with performance-based bonus potential.

What We Need

- 2+ years of litigation experience; product liability defense exposure preferred

- Written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and case strategy

- Managing files independently while working with firm leadership and litigation teams

- Strong analytical, writing, and courtroom communication skills

- Expert witness, mediation, and trial preparation experience is highly valued

- Texas law license in good standing

- Attorneys with a portable book of business are encouraged to apply
