Commercial Litigation Associate | Orlando

A well-established Orlando law firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm offering a strong bonus structure, competitive benefits, and potential hybrid flexibility after 90 days.

What You'll Do

  • Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

  • Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice

  • Develop case strategies and communicate with clients regarding case progress

  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to deliver effective legal representation

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial litigation experience

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Experience managing cases and handling litigation deadlines

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills

  • Florida Bar admission required
