Job DetailsOur firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel to support our growing Title IX and Education practice from our New York office. This is a substantive litigation role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of education law, civil rights, and complex disputes.
What You'll Do:
- Handle a wide range of Title IX matters, including investigations and hearings
- Advise on student and faculty disciplinary proceedings and academic misconduct
- Work on special education issues, civil rights matters, defamation claims, and related litigation
- Manage matters with the independence expected of a senior associate or counsel
What You Bring:
- Senior Associate– or Counsel-level litigation experience, ideally with exposure to Title IX, education, or civil rights work
- Admission to the New York bar and good standing
- Sound judgment on sensitive matters and the ability to manage clients and cases directly
