Commercial Litigation Attorney

A highly respected, mid-sized law firm in the Minneapolis Metro area is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to join a collaborative, sophisticated firm handling complex litigation matters.

Position Highlights

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation strongly preferred
• Background in construction, insurance coverage, first-party, or property litigation is a plus
• Experience handling complex matters in both state and federal courts
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Competitive, strategic approach to litigation
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex matters with creativity, sound judgment, and strong ethical standards
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $175,000+, depending on experience
