Commercial Litigation Attorney: Hybrid Flexibility in Center City Philadelphia

We are working with a well-established, highly regarded law firm that is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience for its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office. The practice handles complex business and commercial disputes for public and private companies, closely held businesses, and entrepreneurs.

This is a hybrid role. You will spend part of your week collaborating in the Center City office and the rest working productively from home, with meaningful responsibility and partner access from day one.

What You'll Do

• Handle commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs in state and federal court
• Take and defend depositions and argue motions and hearings
• Work closely with partners on case strategy for corporate and entrepreneurial clients
• Build lasting relationships with clients and contribute to business development

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Ability to manage cases from inception to conclusion
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong academic background; big-firm or sophisticated midsize experience preferred
• Based in or willing to work regularly from the Philadelphia area
