Commercial Litigation Attorney: High-Stakes Business Disputes with Hybrid Flexibility in Jacksonville

Our client, a well-regarded Northeast Florida firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Jacksonville office. The team represents businesses, lenders, and executives in contract, fraud, partnership, and unfair competition disputes in state and federal courts.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Jacksonville office and home.

What You'll Do

• Handle commercial matters from case evaluation through trial or arbitration
• Draft dispositive motions, discovery, and persuasive briefs
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions
• Argue motions and attend hearings and mediations
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
