A bit about us:
Our client is an independent, full service law firm in Central Texas with more than 30 attorneys. The firm has been advising businesses, institutions, and individuals for generations, and it has a strong reputation in the courtroom. Its lawyers handle disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration, bankruptcy proceedings, administrative forums, and on appeal.
The litigation group takes on business disputes of every size, from straightforward contract claims to complex, high profile trials. Matters span real estate, construction, energy and natural resources, technology, intellectual property, information security, media law, and regulatory conflicts. Many cases are local, and others take the team across Texas and into other states. The firm’s attorneys are regularly named to leading national and statewide peer recognition lists.
Why join us?
Real courtroom opportunity. This is a trial and appellate practice, so you will be in front of judges, juries, and arbitrators rather than only managing discovery.
Variety. You will work across industries and case types, which builds range and keeps the work interesting.
Meaningful responsibility. The firm is not so large that associates get lost. You will work directly with seasoned litigators and take on substantive assignments early.
Collaboration over silos. Litigators work alongside the firm’s transactional, regulatory, and appellate lawyers, so you will learn from specialists in many fields.
A culture of excellence. The firm values careful preparation, strategic thinking, and efficient service that keeps the client’s interests first.
Community focus. The firm invests in the community it serves and encourages its attorneys to take part.
Stability with momentum. You will join an established firm with a long track record and a growing roster of recognized talent.
