Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
• Manage a caseload from inception through trial or settlement
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Communicate with clients, counsel, and courts

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
