Lancaster, York, Gettysburg, PA | Columbia or Hunt Valley, MD | Hybrid

A well-established regional law firm with more than 120 attorneys is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its growing litigation practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator who wants a broad commercial practice, meaningful case responsibility, direct client exposure, and long-term growth within a collaborative midsize platform.

The Practice

The associate will handle a diverse range of business and commercial disputes, including matters involving:

Breach of contract and business disputes
Shareholder, partnership, and ownership disputes
Restrictive covenant and unfair competition matters
Commercial real estate disputes
Business torts
Corporate and closely held business litigation
Injunctive and equitable relief
Pre-litigation counseling and dispute resolution
Discovery, depositions, and motion practice
Arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution

Associates will work closely with experienced litigators while taking increasing ownership of matters and developing direct relationships with clients.
