    Job Title: Litigation Associate

    Location: Houston, TX

    Experience Level: 3–6 Years

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid eligible


    About the Role:

    A leading national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Houston office. This position will focus on complex business disputes, primarily supporting the commercial litigation group. Matters may include breach of contract claims, business torts, and other high-stakes commercial conflicts involving regional and national clients.


    What You’ll Do:

    • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and research memoranda
    • Support partners and senior attorneys through all stages of litigation
    • Conduct legal research and case strategy development
    • Assist with client communication and case management
    • Handle matters in state and federal court


    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • 3–6 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on commercial disputes
    • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
    • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
    • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Admitted to the Texas Bar
