Note: Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience. New Jersey admission and trial or first-chair experience are preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other substantive legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral arguments.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial preparation.
- Analyze complex factual and legal issues and help develop effective case strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal legal teams.
- Work closely with experienced litigators while building greater ownership of matters and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license required.
- 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience required.
- Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Trial or first-chair experience preferred but not required.
- New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
