Commercial Litigation Associate – Atlanta | $160K+ | Bonus at 1,500 Hours

Our long-time client, an established, mid-sized business-focused Atlanta law firm, has an immediate need for a 4+ year Commercial Litigation Associate to work directly with a busy corporate partner and his clients on a varied litigation caseload.

The associate will have meaningful client contact and responsibility for a variety of commercial litigation and private arbitration matters involving businesses of all sizes—from small and mid-sized regional companies to clients with national and international operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants substantive litigation experience, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to build a long-term practice while maintaining a reasonable work-life balance.

Candidates should have 4–5+ years of significant law firm commercial litigation experience, including handling matters in Georgia state and federal courts from inception through resolution. Georgia Bar admission is required. Candidates with more than seven years of experience will also be considered if they bring a modest book of business.
