Commercial Litigation Associate (4-10 Years), Fully Remote - Florida

A well-regarded litigation firm is adding a fully remote commercial litigator in Florida to handle business disputes in Florida state courts. Associates get meaningful courtroom and deposition experience and share in business they originate.

Responsibilities
- Litigate breach of contract and business tort matters
- Draft and argue state court motions; handle hearings
- Take and defend depositions
- Support trial teams, including second-chair roles

Requirements
- 4-10 years of commercial litigation experience
- Licensed with The Florida Bar
- Second-chair trial experience a plus
- Federal clerkship or large-firm background valued
- Billable target for this position: approximately 1,800 hours per year

Compensation and benefits
- Base salary $250,000-$300,000+, higher for federal clerks or large-firm laterals
- Signing bonus possible
- Origination sharing

Work arrangement
Full-time, fully remote from anywhere in Florida.
