AsaCommercial Lines Service Specialist,you willprovide professional, courteous service to our clients and internal team. Provides support in obtaining,maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial accounts. 

Your job responsibilities as aCommercial Lines Service Specialist:

• Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our clients

• Work closely with the team in providing exceptional service

• Assistteam in following HUB process/procedures related to binders, certificates, endorsements, policycheckand other related items while verifying accuracy

• Knowledge of carrier online systems for obtaining quotes, loss runs, billing information, policy documents, etc.

• Assistwith premium bearing transactions,auditsand premium reconciliation

• Maintainaccurate, up-to-date client information in agency management system

• Adhere to all HUB Broker Standards, processes,proceduresand state regulations

• Work closely with management on special projects and act as a back-up to team members as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred

• Previousexperience working with property and casualty account administration preferred

• Experience with Epic or other insurance related software preferred

• Ability toacquireandmaintainapproved accredited program designation preferred

• An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of minimum qualifications

• State property and casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain,

• Knowledge of insurance agency operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Team player with a great attitude, self-motivationand the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

• Must be thorough, detail-oriented andis responsible forworking with confidential information

• Ability to accommodate immediate requests, perform under short deadlines and coordinate multiple jobs

The expected salary range for this position is $43,680.00 to $47,840.00and will beimpactedby factors such as the successful candidate’s skills,experienceand working location, as well as the specific position’s business line,scopeand level.
