    Position Summary

    The Property & Casualty Producer drives new business development, manages client renewals, and delivers tailored risk management solutions across a diverse commercial account base. This role is built for a proactive, relationship-first professional who thrives on consultative selling, building lasting partnerships, and closing business — with a defined path to hit and exceed sales goals.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, securing appointments and presenting tailored insurance solutions.
    • Gather and analyze underwriting data to market and quote new and renewal business with precision.
    • Partner with account management teams to deliver seamless client service — renewals, coverage reviews, financial evaluations, benchmarking, and placement.
    • Design and execute sales strategies that expand the firm's market presence and grow the client base.
    • Cultivate a strong referral network with centers of influence, prospects, and industry partners.
    • Qualify opportunities against underwriting criteria and new business guidelines.
    • Stay ahead of insurance market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
    • Sharpen sales skills continuously through company-provided training and resources.
    • Present plan designs, renewal strategies, and alternative coverage options as a trusted advisor.
    • Engage actively in sales meetings, training, and professional development.
    • Maintain timely, professional communication with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
    • Travel as needed for business development and client meetings.


    What You Bring

    • Active state Property & Casualty Insurance license (required).
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of Property & Casualty sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • A proven track record of building trust and driving results with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
    • Polished, consultative presence with strong organizational skills.
    • Solid grasp of insurance coverages, forms, and risk management principles.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • A self-starter who thrives independently but contributes to a team-first culture.
