This is a new and exciting opportunity for an organized and tech-savvy individual to establish and maintain our commercial lines operations. You will help set up our Agency Management System (AMS), define workflows, manage carrier appointments, and ensure compliance. We offer a positive and enjoyable work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the Agency Management System
- Establish workflows for quoting, binding, and renewing commercial policies
- Coordinate with carriers to manage underwriting relationships
- Supervise daily clerical operations
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years in commercial lines insurance, ideally with small to mid-sized agency
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong proficiency in technology and AMS implementation & management
- Possess organizational skills to prioritize workflows in a timely, and accurate manner.
- Effective communication skills, in written, oral or schedule form
- Computer literate – Proficient use of Windows systems, Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook), database programs and general office equipment
- Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts
- Professional work ethic.
