Responsible for looking at the audits, following up with the clients, notice cancellations, policy delivery, downloading renewals, loss runs, audit checks, creating the invoices, and making sure invoices are collected. The CSRs work under the AMs, and this person can work out of the North Houston office or the South Houston office.

We are hiring a Commercial Lines CSR to support an Account Manager. The CSRs work under the AMs, and this person can work out of the North Houston office or the South Houston office. Responsible for endorsements, notices of cancellations, filing, and creating invoices. Responsible for looking at the audits, following up with the clients, notice cancellations, policy delivery, downloading renewals, loss runs, audit checks, creating the invoices, and making sure invoices are collected. The agency uses Hawksoft and SharePoint. The client offers health insurance, a matching 401(k), vision and dental, and two weeks of PTO.
