Description
- We are hiring a Commercial Lines CSR to support an Account Manager. The CSR’s work under the AM’s and this person can work out of the North Houston office, Sugar Land or San Antonio office.
- Responsible for Endorsements, notices of cancellations, filing, creating invoicing.
- Responsible for looking at the audits, following up with the clients, notice cancellations, policy delivery, downloading renewals, loss runs, audit check, creating the invoice and making sure invoices are collected.
- Agency uses Hawksoft and SharePoint.
- Client offers health insurance, matching 401K, vision and dental and 2 weeks of PTO.
