As a key player in this role, you’ll oversee a high-value portfolio of clients, drive growth, and collaborate closely with our Commercial Lines Producers to assist and ensure seamless day-to-day performance. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, and driving the success of the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an established book of middle-market commercial accounts.

• Handle policy endorsements, renewals, audits, billing, and general account servicing.

• Conduct account reviews and assist with identifying coverage needs.

• Work directly with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy changes.

• Coordinate with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.

• Assist with marketing activities and renewal processes.

• Maintain accurate account information and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines account management experience; 10+ years preferred.

• Previous experience working on the independent agency side of the insurance industry.

• Must have experience using Applied Epic.

• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance, including manufacturing, construction, and commercial property.

• Understanding of carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and coverage options.

• Experience handling endorsements, audits, billing, renewals, and account reviews.

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
