Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for our commercial clients, addressing their questions and policy needs with a warm and professional approach.
Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and audits while ensuring every detail is accurate.
Review existing policies to ensure our clients have the best possible protection for their growing businesses.
Collaborate with our agency partners and carriers to secure competitive quotes and resolve complex coverage issues.
Maintain organized electronic files that reflect our commitment to excellence and high-quality service.
Support the overall health of the book of business by identifying gaps in coverage and proactively communicating solutions to clients.
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in the state of Michigan.
Three or more years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
In-depth understanding of commercial coverage forms and policy structures.
Ability to navigate agency management systems with accuracy.
Strong organizational habits to manage renewal timelines and client correspondence.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry certifications.
