Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Dallas Metro -North | Salary: $40,000 - $60,000

You’ll play a visible role in client onboarding and renewals—helping deliver seamless, high-impact service—while building your expertise and advancing your career alongside a team that prides itself on excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support account servicing and renewals
Collect client data and insurer reports
Prepare proposals and documentation
Process billing, changes, and endorsements
Maintain accurate records in Epic
Issue certificates and client communications
Track outstanding items and follow up
Ensure compliance with procedures and standards
Respond to client questions and provide support
Communicate professionally with stakeholders

Min. Qualifications

Strong customer service
Agile and timely execution of tasks
Excellent communication skills
High level of organization

Ideal Qualifications

2+ year servicing commercial accounts
P&C licence
Experience with AMS360 or similar AMS
