    Job Summary:

    Supports the Commercial Lines Production team in the production of new accounts in a fast-paced environment. Manages the retention of existing accounts with prompt, efficient, and high-quality service. Works closely with Account Executive Assistants and Insurance Processors to service accounts in a team environment.

    Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Coordinate day to day service needs for clients

    Coordinate strategy and marketing for new and renewal coverages

    Detailed duties:

    Maintain client files and ensure accurate account information

    Coordinate coverage reviews and completion of policy checklists

    Coordinate creation of Loss Summaries

    Coordinate binding of coverage

    Complete final review of policy documents and coordinate delivery to client

    Validate audits and prepare for delivery

    Manage clients accounts receivable

    Identify and request renewal exposures from client

    Prepare final submission for new and renewal marketing

    Review and finalize new and renewal quotations and proposals

    Coordinate Issuance and quoting of premium finance agreements

    Identify opportunities for expanded business through gaps in coverage and program improvements

    Confer with client and agency personnel to resolve client issues or complaints

    Follow up on outstanding claims

    Coordinate marketing process including underwriting questions while keeping client and producer updated during marketing process

    Correspond with and develop strong carrier relationships

    Keep informed on industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance

    Performs other functions as assigned by management

    Requirements
    • Three years of Commercial Lines Service in an independent agency experience preferred
    • Must have all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to discuss and/or sell insurance. Must also be current on all Continuing Education (CE) credits needed to renew license.
