Daily Tasks
- Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong relationships
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy
- Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in agency management systems
Additional Skills
- CPCU, CIC, or other insurance designations a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
