RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do / Your ImpactClient Partnership & Risk Strategy
  • Support commercial insurance clients by providing timely, professional, and solutions-oriented service
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
  • Coordinate with Producers and the Commercial Sales team to support client needs and service strategy
Operational Excellence
  • Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial client accounts in accordance with agency procedures, including:
    • New business setup and onboarding
    • Renewal processing and service support
    • Endorsements intake, processing, and follow-up
    • Cancellations and audits
    • Billing, financing, and payments
    • Certificates, Evidence of Insurance, schedules, and auto ID cards
  • Perform all work in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable insurance regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within the agency management system
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner
Strategic Contribution
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to the Commercial Lines Team Leader or Producers
  • Support team goals by collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to a positive service culture

QUALIFICATIONS

What You BringRequired
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Strong customer service and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
  • Experience using Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-based insurance environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:
Hourly range: $28 - $38 per hour. Compensation within this range will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
