What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Respond to coverage questions, service requests, policy changes, and insurance inquiries.
• Conduct account reviews and identify coverage gaps, emerging risks, and coverage improvement opportunities.

Account Management & Policy Administration

• Manage new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, certificates, and cancellations.
• Analyze client exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Review policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.

Renewals, Marketing & Carrier Relations

• Develop renewal strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
• Market accounts and negotiate coverage terms with insurance carriers.
• Prepare and present coverage recommendations and renewal proposals.
• Partner with producers to support client retention and growth initiatives.

Compliance & Team Collaboration

• Maintain compliance with agency, carrier, and regulatory requirements.
• Track policy activity, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with producers, account executives, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Support client onboarding, account transitions, and agency initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
• Commercial lines insurance experience in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, including:
• • General Liability
  • Commercial Property
  • Commercial Auto
  • Workers' Compensation
  • Umbrella/Excess Liability
  • Cyber Liability
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience working with mid-market commercial accounts.
• Experience marketing and negotiating directly with insurance carriers.
• Experience using insurance agency management systems.
