Description
Growing top level agency in the DFW Mid-Cities area is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.
Responsible for the day-to-day service of assigned accounts, processing of documents, and maintenance of client files. Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, risk advisors, partners, and insurance companies in the development and retention of accounts.

Responsible for the day-to-day service of assigned accounts, processing of documents, and maintenance of client files. Provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, risk advisors, partners, and insurance companies in the development and retention of accounts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial insurance experience with mid-size to large accounts
- Current General Lines Property/Casualty license
- Proficiency in Epic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe
- Comfortable adopting AI-assisted platforms and tools used to support daily workflows
- Industry designations a PLUS (CISR, CIC, or similar)
