This hybrid role is ideal for candidates based between Boston, MA and Portsmouth, NH who want to work closely with clients while maintaining flexibility.
The Job:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients and build long-term relationships.
- Analyze exposures and develop customized insurance strategies.
- Lead renewals, presentations, and marketing efforts with carrier partners.
- Negotiate coverage, terms, and pricing with underwriters.
- Partner with account management, claims, and risk control teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand client relationships.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience.
- Strong coverage knowledge and the ability to discuss risk with clients confidently.
- Experience managing client relationships and renewal strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial Lines Producer License preferred.
