Commercial Lending Sercices Specialist

Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access -- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established SLA targets and quality requirements.

Overview
Commercial lending services specialist.
Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate commercial loan documents.
• Book new loans into the servicing system after closing.
• Monitor required items like insurance coverage, legal documentation, reporting and compliance obligations.
• Payments and draws against the credit line.
• Business key indicators and collateral

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access -- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem solving ability
• Prior customer service experience is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• CLOS and/or Velocity system experience preferable
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Demonstrated dependability (attendance)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established SLA targets and quality requirements

• Overtime could be required
• Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
