Description
Position Summary:
Provides administrative and loan-processing support to Commercial Lenders throughout the lending process, from application through closing and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Commercial Lenders with preparing and processing commercial loan requests.
- Collect and organize borrower financials, tax returns, credit reports, and other documentation.
- Prepare loan files, approval packages, and closing documents.
- Coordinate appraisals, title work, insurance, UCC filings, and other loan requirements.
- Track loan conditions and outstanding documentation.
- Assist with loan closings, renewals, modifications, and servicing.
- Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and internal departments to keep transactions moving efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of banking, lending, or loan processing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial lending and loan documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
