Job Description:
This role focuses on supporting real estate transactions by ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with detailed information.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and prepare transaction-related documents for processing
Audit files to confirm accuracy and completeness
Communicate with third-party vendors, including court reporting offices, to obtain necessary information
Assist with administrative aspects of mortgage and real estate transactions
Maintain organized records and documentation systems
Collaborate with internal team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access
Prior experience in title services and familiarity with Simplifile required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
