What You'll Do

As a Commercial Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Connecting with prospective tenants and promoting available commercial properties
• Conducting property tours and explaining leasing terms and agreements
• Managing the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease negotiation and signing
• Maintaining detailed tenant files, lease records, and property listings with property management software like Yardi, OneSite, or AppFolio
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and landlord-tenant laws
• Coordinating with maintenance teams regarding property readiness and tenant concerns
• Completing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining open communication with tenants and internal teams
• Receiving training in residential leasing and property operations to support your growth within the company

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience in commercial leasing, property management, or real estate administration
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, LIHTC, and Section 8 programs
• Familiarity with property management software platforms
• Experience handling lease contracts and legal documentation
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment
• Facilities or property maintenance knowledge is a plus
