Your Role:

- Unlock Capability: Support participants through structured learning frameworks designed to lift performance, mindset, and self-leadership.
- Activate Modern Outreach: Apply our proven marketing system, including AI-supported tools, to attract aligned applicants (full training provided).
- Hold Space for Growth: Engage applicants with genuine curiosity, listening for what they are working toward and connecting them with the right pathway.
- Strengthen Team Culture: Contribute to a peer-led culture of accountability, learning, and forward momentum.
What You Bring:
- Tenacity and a track record of delivering results
- Genuine passion for guiding and developing others
- 5+ years in leadership, business development, consulting, or coaching (preferred, not essential)
- Clear, confident communication and professional presence
- A commitment to learning and continuous growth
