Commercial Lead and VP (US)

Position: Commercial Lead and VP (US)

Location: US (preferred New Jersey)- remote possible with up to 60% and more travel required
Type: Full-Time (100%)

Mission:
Commercial Lead and VP plays a strategic role in driving KVALITO's business growth by developing high-value client relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering innovative solutions tailored to the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and solution delivery leadership, ensuring seamless execution of client projects while aligning with KVALITO's vision of providing excellence and innovation in Life Sciences consulting.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales leader with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to bridge client needs with tailored solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires proactive engagement in business development, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer success.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales efforts to acquire and expand strategic client relationships within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging deep industry knowledge and a consultative approach.
  • Develop tailored proposals and client solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract closure.


Client Relationship Management & Growth:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term partnerships by deeply understanding client challenges, providing insights, and positioning KVALITO's expertise as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead account planning and develop client strategies to maximize value delivery and revenue growth.


Consulting & Solution Delivery:

  • Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring that deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and business expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants and technical experts, to design and implement customized solutions.
  • Actively monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure client needs are proactively addressed.


Strategic Market Positioning:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position KVALITO as a market leader.
  • Represent KVALITO at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on market trends and client needs to shape service offerings and go-to-market strategies


Process Optimization & Automation:

  • Leverage technology to streamline sales, client engagement, and project delivery processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities within sales and service delivery workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
