About Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution
For more than 110 years, Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution has partnered with commercial and industrial laundry operators to build, launch, and maintain successful businesses. We offer end‑to‑end support—installation, factory‑trained service, genuine parts, site selection, financing, and store design—backed by the durability of Speed Queen®, UniMac®, and Huebsch®.
We serve laundromat owners, Speed Queen franchise operators, and on‑premises laundry managers, helping them grow profits while reducing operating costs.
A Day in the Life
You start your morning by checking your company vehicle’s inventory and confirming the day’s dispatch via phone or email/ticketing system. The first stop: a new store opening where you’ll install and start up a bank of machines, verify single‑phase power connections, and run test cycles. You’ll walk the client through safe operation, answer questions, and note any follow‑ups.
Next, an urgent service call comes in. You drive to the site, diagnose an electrical/mechanical issue using schematics, and either repair it on the spot or disassemble components to access worn parts. If replacements are needed, you place the parts order immediately, review the work order to confirm accuracy, and set expectations with the customer on timing. You keep the Service Manager informed of escalations and share ideas for process improvements.
Between calls, you complete preventive maintenance, document your findings, summarize work performed, and submit expense reports. Before heading home, you replenish vehicle stock, verify your inventory list, and make sure deadlines have been met for any pending installations or unscheduled maintenance requests assigned by the Service Manager.
