Yellowstone Club has over 1.5 million square feet of building space and is continuing to expand. The purpose of the facilities department is to maintain the building space comprised of retail, commercial, food and beverage, spa, ski/snowboard facilities, golf facilities, and residences. Yellowstone Club Facilities is looking for individuals who have skills in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance to help keep our 16+ food and beverage outlets running efficiently and reliably. These employees must take pride in their work and focus on quality and attention to detail. The Facilities Department plays a critical role in providing smooth operation of all departments to ensure our members have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hotside and coldside kitchen equipment including bakery equipment.
Facilitate and assist with repairs on dishwashers.
Project a positive and professional demeanor.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Research parts & supplies as needed.
Maintain parts backstock to minimize downtime.
Oversee third-party hood and PCU cleaning.
Complete Service Tickets using Limble CMMS
Flexibility to assist with other facilities projects when short-staffed or when additional help is needed.

Details:
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Experience: 2+ years of commercial kitchen equipment experience is preferred
