The Role

Commercial Kitchen Route Specialist — Full-Time & Part-Time.

$18–$20/hr from day one, paid training on us — because we don't believe in throwing good people into hot oil. No grease required to climb here… okay, a little grease.

You'll visit the same clients on a regular schedule — cleaning commercial kitchen equipment, managing cooking oil, and being the person they can count on. Most of the time it's just you, your route, and the satisfaction of leaving every kitchen better than you found it.

This isn't mop-and-bucket work — there's a real method to what we do, and we'll teach you every bit of it.

About the Schedule — Read This Part

This is shift-based route work, not a 9-to-5. Kitchens need us before they open or after they close, so most routes start early morning (around 3–5am) or late afternoon into evening (around 4–8pm). There's some daytime work too. We'll match you to shifts that fit your life — but if a standard 8am-to-5pm is what you're after, this isn't the one. If early mornings or evenings work for you, you'll love the rhythm.

What You Bring

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with physical work and learning hands-on
