Commercial Interior Project Manager - CT
As a Commercial Interior Project Manager - CT you will:
- Manage commercial interior construction projects from award through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs.
- Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, contract administration, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Monitor project financials and ensure profitability goals are achieved.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support project teams in resolving scheduling, logistical, and construction challenges.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

A successful Commercial Interior Project Manager - CT:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, project financials, scheduling, RFIs, and change management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
