Join Advantixx Insurance Agency as a Commercial Insurance Producer in Henderson and help local businesses protect their operations, people, and growth. ROLE SUMMARY Build a commercial-lines book of business through prospecting, risk discovery, carrier collaboration, and long-term client relationship management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop prospects through referrals, networking, community outreach, and disciplined outbound activity. • Conduct discovery meetings and gather complete underwriting information. • Coordinate submissions, proposals, and coverage comparisons with agency and carrier partners. • Present solutions clearly, close new business, and maintain an accurate pipeline. • Support renewals, cross-selling, retention, and stewardship for commercial clients. • Follow licensing, documentation, privacy, and carrier requirements. QUALIFICATIONS • Active Nevada Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain it promptly. • Commercial insurance, B2B sales, banking, payroll, benefits, or business-development experience is preferred. • Strong consultative selling, organization, negotiation, and follow-through. • Existing community relationships are a plus. Compensation: $15.00/hr base wage (W-2), always paid and never deducted from or recovered against commission. Plus commission on new business only: 30% on agency-provided leads and 45% on self-generated business during your first 90 days, increasing to 40% / 55% after the 90-day review if production targets are met.
