What You'll Do

As a Commercial Insurance Producer specializing in Construction, you will:

• Service and Maintain revenue with current construction clients

• Develop and grow a profitable book of construction-related business
• Prospect and cultivate relationships with general contractors, trade contractors, developers, construction managers, and related businesses
• Analyze client operations and identify risk management opportunities
• Design and present customized insurance and risk financing solutions
• Collaborate with our internal service, marketing, and sales teams
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with carrier and brokerage partners
• Become a trusted advisor to construction business owners and executives
• Participate in industry associations, networking groups, and construction-related events
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and business development goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance production experience
• Demonstrated success serving the construction industry
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License
• Proven ability to generate new business and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong understanding of contractor insurance programs and construction risk exposures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with middle-market or large construction accounts
• Understanding of:
• • Workers' compensation programs
  • Fleet and transportation exposures
  • General liability and excess liability programs
  • Builders risk
  • Contractor equipment coverage
  • Surety and bonding relationships
  • Risk management and safety initiatives
• CIC, CRM, CPCU, ARM, or other industry designations
