Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and risks.
Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling relevant insurance products.
Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage for clients.
Review and analyze insurance policies, making recommendations for improvements or adjustments.
Process renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
Valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
