    High School Diploma or GED8+ years of experience in commercial construction (concrete, roofing, siding, drywall, or related fields)Valid Allen County Contractor License, Inspector Certification, or ability to achieve license within 12 months from hire.Working knowledge of structural, electrical, plumbing, and safety codesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansStrong communication skills-you can work effectively with contractors and design professionalsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office and reporting tools)Basic math and measurement skillsValid Driver's License
